This is Joe's 2nd 1992 LeBaron project.  This car originally belonged to his daughter.  After an accident the car was considered a total loss.  Joe bought back the wrecked LeBaron and restored it to "like new" condition.  He used an idea he saw on a customizing show as the inspiration for his "Philadelphia Eagles" paint scheme.
